Keeping our Community Safe
We are happy to announce that we are approved to offer private training. However, we want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community very seriously. We are fortunate to have the space that we do so we can get you moving, make adjustments in our equipment use as well as make accommodations for proper social distancing.
We are in the process of reviewing our protocols with our staff and making sure we are in alignment with the rules and regulations currently in place with the next phase of the Safer at Home initiative. We will have an update on our website and email notification here soon. Our online classes will continue along with our private training sessions.
We are creating small group training sessions (3 people + 1 coach) for specialty classes including strength, gymnastics, recovery, and more. Stay tuned for that schedule and more information on each class!
These classes will range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes and range in cost from $25 to $60 a session. Each session will have to be reserved and paid for ahead of time through the registration link in your Zen Planner account. Any participant will have to exhibit competency, be a current member, or a former member in the year of 2020. The fee will be discounted 20% for current CrossFit Group Unlimited members. This discount will remain in effect until we are able to have group classes in the gym again.
Group Classes When Available
When we are able, we will be opening up group training classes with 6-10 people in them with a new schedule to allow for cleaning in between classes. This schedule will vary only slightly from what we have offered in the past. While we wait to be able to host those group training sessions in the gym we will continue with our online classes and equipment rental privileges for those who have a CrossFit Group Unlimited membership.
Personal training is available in most time slots throughout the day. 30 minute ($45) and 60 minute ($70) sessions are available. See our blog about the different benefits of group classes and personal training. Any new member will begin here to create a strong foundation for efficient and lasting results.
Some great ways to use these are in a hybrid model with a combination of personal training sessions, homework and then still joining in a 3x group training sessions a week. This model brings together affordability, efficiency in results, and community.
We are exploring the option of opening up reserved Open Gym times with 24/7 access. This will serve several purposes, firstly for any personal training or hybrid clients to take time to get in some reps and practice skills, techniques, and basic training as prescribed by their coach.
Second, while we are having to operate with limited members and limited hours, opening up more options for training times and not being restricted by a schedule or resources available.
This option would be offered as an add-on to those who hold a current CrossFit Group membership, a hybrid membership, or receive personal training.
Changes for the Better
There are definitely changes going forward, some imposed and some chosen. We strongly believe that with a focused and guided plan from working closely with a coach you will be excited and motivated by your results and progress. We will be focusing even more on working in a personalized manner with our members because it is with this approach that we have witnessed the greatest transformations.
