We are implementing a few schedule changes effective immediately.
The Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:30 a.m. class is changing from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The Thursday session of that class is now being held on Wednesday.
Here is the new schedule for all group classes
Monday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM
Tuesday 9:00 AM, 6:30 PM
Wednesday 6:00 AM, 9:00AM, 4:30PM
Thursday 6:30 PM
Friday 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM

Please use ZenPlanner to reserve your desired class time so we can let you know if anything further changes as we settle into this new schedule.
Build Your Membership
We try to consider each member when making a schedule change. If you find that this makes getting to the gym on a regular basis harder, please let us know. The benefit of a small gym is that there is lots of flexibility in building the right membership for you. Options are group classes, personal training on your schedule (including nutrition coaching), and open gym, or a hybrid of some or all of those components. We love seeing you in and want to make it as accessible as possible for your routine.
