Why I do Crossfit? I chose and choose to do Crossfit because it keeps my mind active and my body strong. I love to camaraderie, the fun, inviting atmosphere, the constantly varied workouts, and the mental/physical battle that I fight each day I walk into gym. The great thing about Crossfit it is and always will be advancing and growing, new movements are added, complexity increases, and the techniques taught improve as the years go by.
