How is it some routines are built in without much thought and other plans seem impossible to get going?
Thankfully, a few moments of reflection and taking stock to determine the first step goes a long way. Of course, you have to also take that first step, but it’s hard to take it until you know what it is. Until that planning session happens, your end goal feels insurmountable.
In the last post, we talked about how our mission has changed from building a business to helping 1,000 people in Aurora achieve their health and wellness goals. We do this with our first meeting with you.
Our first meeting with new clients *is* that planning session. We sit down with you, look at your current schedule and lifestyle, and then help you mesh up some new habits into your current routine. Not always does this meeting equate to starting a gym membership with us, sometimes it’s the spark to increased daily movement or a change to a daily nutrition habit.
Oftentimes, many people sit down feeling they have little to no room in their schedules.
After our meeting, they find there are opportunities, even if limited, to make some adjustments. Usually leaving the meeting relieved to have a plan and feeling energized to enact the new practices.
If you do decide to work with us, It doesn’t stop when you sign up, we have several tools to help you see if your changes are working as well as follow-up sessions to see if what we originally created together actually does fit what you need.
