When it comes to my health and fitness there are plenty of different routes I could go, but the option I’ve found to be best for me is CrossFit. Yeah I could go to the gym by myself and lift weights and run on a tread mill. I could even hire a personal trainer to program workouts for me and give me nutritional advice, but I’d rather not pay the expensive hourly 1-on-1 sessions. CrossFit works for me because the movements are functional, the workouts are always new and never boring, the coaching is great, but above all I get to show up to the gym and workout with a community of positive encouraging people who are in the gym to better themselves both physically and mentally.
