30k Running Challenge in May
Starting May 1 track your runs through Strava. You can download the app and use a free version. Search for LMI Fitness as a club on Strava and join the team to share your progress. Join LMI Fitness Running Club

Saturday May 29 we will be doing the Hero WOD Murph. Stay tuned for more details.
Race Day– Group Race at the end of May or early June
Obstacle Course Race Workshop– Do you like to do mud runs or obstacle course races? Colorado is the perfect place to be able to compete in one or many. We have a workshop coming up that will help you with those obstacles that may have challenged you in the past. Stay tuned for the dates of this workshop in June.

April Nutrition Challenge
In April we had a group complete a nutrition challenge focusing on getting whole foods, mindful eating, and/or building a plate with nutrient dense portions according to their goals. So far we have three logs and measurements turned back in for a total of 17.25″ lost and 13 pounds of fat lost! If you were part of the nutrition challenge and haven’t gotten your measurements yet, meet up with Coach Anna this week.
